Bring your mat, a picnic, and an open heart

Join us for Namaste & Nibbles! In collaboration with Lauren Radley at Make It your Every Day, this will be a serene experience set against the stunning backdrop of Hadleigh Castle, overlooking the picturesque Essex Marshes.

I will guide you through gentle yet energising yoga session, fostering mindfulness, relaxation, and a sense of inner peace. All levels welcomed!

Afterwards, enjoy a bring-your-own picnic nestled in this tranquil location, where you can connect with like minded individuals. 

This event is about more than yoga-it’s a chance to slow down, embrace the outdoors, and nurture your well-being in the company of community.

May Yoga at Clayhill Yineyard

Join us again every Sunday in May at the beautiful Clayhill Vineyard for some restorative yoga sessions.

I’d love to see you there for some different themed practises and join you for coffee & cake afterwards!

Classes take place on Sundays 10:30am – 12pm. Tickets are £22, which includes coffee & cake.

Soul Care Creative Chakra Family Workshop

Tuesday 8th April 2025

Within this beautiful Reiki Healing & Chakra balance, our aim is to educate both adults and children about the chakra system and help them learn tools to balance and unblock their energy. 

Through fun, calming, and grounding activities, families will gain a deeper understanding of how their energy system works and how to nurture it.

Includes:

  • Intro to Chakras and Reiki
  • Chakra Art
  • Create and make your own Chakra Perfume 
  • Breath work
  • Meditation and group Reiki session

Clayhill Vineyard Yoga Classes

Join Rob Howes and I in a series of classes at the beautiful Clayhill Vineyard.

All classes are on a Sunday from 10.30-12pm for £22 and the price includes coffee and cake.

  • 6th April: Yoga to strengthen your pelvic floor and meditation with Suzy
  • 13th April: Beginners inversion class with Rob (week 1 Crow, Headstands)
  • 20th April: Easter Yin Yoga with chocolate and meditation with Rob
  • 27th April: Beginners inversion class with Rob (week 2, Handstands)

What should you expect?

Every workshop has an underlying focus on self-belief and acceptance of self-worth, as I believe these are the fundamental pillars to our being. 

Each workshop has a unique focus, but all are interlinked with a running theme; activating and accessing a relaxed state in our nervous system. This allows us to answer deeper questions from this state with more clarity.

We will focus on breathwork, somatic movement release and meditation/visualisation surrounding the topic. Enabling us to re-connect to our authentic selves. 

I will ask you some thought-provoking questions and within the workshop it’s entirely up to you how you choose to answer these questions for yourself. This is a time to simply relax into these thoughts as you wish.

The session will leave space for note taking and there will be notebooks provided if you wish to write things down. 

Or you may choose to simply hold onto the thoughts for when you leave the space. 

Whichever mindful coaching topic we are focusing on, if you come away with one thought, one solution, one step forward, then that is enough. 

If you leave just feeling a lot more relaxed, that is enough. 

Hopefully you’ll find a way to connect to your inner wants & desires or simply reconnect to parts that may need a gentle boost.
