    Coaching begins with simple conversations that lead to action and powerful change.

    Similar to a physical fitness programme, confidence coaching helps to build and maintain mental resilience and strength.

    The process is very powerful but requires a willingness for change in your life in order to move forward. 

    As a specialist Emotional Intimacy and Confidence coach, it’s my job to help reconnect you with your authentic self; allowing you to operate from a place of peace and strength, finding that ever needed balance in your everyday. 

    I do this by getting to know you, holding up a mirror to your beliefs and habitual thoughts and by asking deep questions to help you move towards your goals. 

    I will support and encourage you. I will also challenge you, by teasing out the truth to empower you to discover what limiting beliefs might be holding you back. 

    The journey to lasting confidence and change starts by truly knowing ourselves on the inside.

    How it works

    My approach is holistic, but pragmatic. I avoid fluff, filler and empty platitudes of encouragement.

    Rather, I use proven scientific tools and techniques to overcome your blocks and build sustainable skills that completely shift your perspective.

    Alongside the theoretical aspect of coaching, I suggest practical tools to activate the rest & digest state of the nervous system. It is from this state that you will heighten your confidence.

    I will help you explore outside your comfort zone, building more curiosity for the greater discoveries in life. 

    I will create a bespoke programmes designed for you and your needs.

    4 hours over 2 months

    This is for you if you want to try coaching to see if it’s a good fit, or if you have a specific challenge or subject you want to work on.

    6 hours over 3 months

    Delving deeper into tools and techniques that can reconnect you to your heart felt purpose.

    Together, we will explore your past, tackle your present challenges, and develop a stronger outlook for your future.

    Toward Transformation

    12 hours over 6 months

    If you’re looking to shed even more layers and know yourself on a deeper level, this package will provide you will the tools you need for lasting change.

    With more time, we are able to implement a plan of action and refine it together over the course of several months.
