Yin yoga is a quiet contemplative practice.
It’s perfect if you are tired and craving energy or alternatively if you’re over-stimulated and have too much energy.
The practice combines focus on both your physical & mental well-being.
Holding gentle poses for 3-5 mins, we increase flexibility by targeting the deep connective tissues of the body.
This gives you permission and space to observe your thoughts and release emotions in the gaps that we usually try to fill with constant stimulation.
