My hands on holistic practises are designed to help rebalance your nervous system.

Each modality allows you to reach the optimum relaxation state and bring incredible benefits to your well-being, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

You can choose just one modality, a mix of your choice.

My longer sessions can also include breathwork and Nidra Meditation to reach your ultimate sense of balance and deep rest.

Sessions are carried out at my home office in a comfortable setting, with dimmed lights and meditative music.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a technique that uses energy force to reduce stress and anxiety and encourage relaxation.

The word Reiki is made from two Japanese words. Rei, meaning “Higher Power”, and Ki which is “Life Force Energy.”

Reiki can help relieve pain, calm the emotions, and restore a natural healthy balanced energy to the body.

While Reiki is spiritual in nature, it is not a religion. There is nothing you must believe in order to benefit from this treatment.

What should you expect?

You will be asked to lie down on the treatment couch, you will be fully clothed except for your shoes. It is best to wear comfortable clothing.

My sessions include breathwork to start, learning to activate our parasympathetic nervous system to reach the optimum relaxation state.

Reiki treatments can be carried out hands on, or hands off (hovering the body). You will be asked your preference prior to treatment. Either way, Reiki energies will automatically flow to where the imbalances may be in your body, regardless of where the hands are placed.

As the energy flows, most people will feel warmth, or heat, or tingling sensations. It is usually a very relaxing experience, and some people fall asleep!

Indian Head Massage

The benefits of Indian Head Massage are felt long after the massage is completed and some of the benefits include the following. 

Helps to relieve headaches and eye strain

Good for relieving sinus problems

Helps to release tension, anxiety, and depression

Helps sleep patterns

Improves feelings of wellbeing

Improves alertness and concentration

Improves skin and hair condition

Improves muscle tone and tension

Improves breathing by encouraging deep breathing

Helps with circulation problems

Increases mobility of joints

Increases immune system

Increases mobility of the neck area

Improves blood flow to the head and so improving concentration

Improves lymphatic drainage

Helps to eliminate toxins

Nidra Meditation

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that uses a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Including body awareness, bodily sensations, and visualisations.

The brain reaches a delta state, which lies between sleep and awakening.

No previous experience in meditation is necessary to feel the benefits! 

I will guide you through and with regular practice you will learn to access the rest & digest state of your nervous system more easily. Significantly reducing stress and restoring energy.

I have practiced & facilitated meditation for over 20 years, and combined with other mindfulness modalities, I believe it to be one of the top beneficial practises for balancing our mental and physical health.
