All classes are on a Sunday from 10.30-12pm for £22 and the price includes coffee and cake.

Maria is a Reiki Master practitioner, and certified in Indian head massage, aromatherapy body massage and Aroma Touch technique.

In this powerful workshop, you will come away with an understanding of any blockages you might be challenged by energetically, and how to allow them to shift and rebalance.

Section 1 – Breathwork, affirmations, using essential oils related to each chakra.

Section 2 – A guided Nidra meditation and group Reiki healing to balance your chakras.

The workshop will also include Yin Yoga for the Chakras.

Prepare to walk away rejuvenated, feeling confident and empowered, with a sense of calm and radiant replenishment!

My good friend and work colleague Rob Howles is running a wonderful charity yoga event in aid of a great cause, and I’d like to show my support by sharing this with you all.

Rob’s aim is for 100 people to come together and practice yoga & meditation in a welcoming space. Whether that be in memory of those lost or affected by this disease, or in support of the ongoing work by charities like Helen Rollason Cancer Charity. 

Rob will guide you through two beautiful yoga styles and you will experience his Yoga Nidra meditation to close.

All proceeds will go directly to the Helen Rollason Cancer Charity.
